Frances Knox Rated Distinguished In Both Legal Ability and Ethical Standards For 25 Years

Martindale-Hubbell conducts a thorough review of attorneys who wish to receive a Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™, through a secure online peer-review survey where a lawyer’s ethical standards and legal ability in a specific area of practice is assessed by their peers. Our own Frances Knox has received a Distinguished rating for Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ in 2021, 2022, and now in 2023! Because Frances has received superior ratings since 1998, she has now also won a 25-year award for providing superior legal services while maintaining strong ethics for 25 years consistently!

“Distinguished” denotes an excellent rating for an experienced attorney who is widely respected by their peers for their professional achievement and ethical standards. Martindale Hubbell’s peer review survey allows attorneys to provide feedback on a colleague’s ethical standards and legal ability. After selecting an area of practice and providing information regarding the attorney’s ethical standards, the reviewer selects scores on a 1 (lowest) to 5 (highest) scale in five categories: Legal Knowledge, Analytical Capabilities, Judgment, Communication Ability, and Legal Experience. Attorneys also have the option to provide additional written feedback, which displays as part of the review.

Congratulations to Frances!
